More info needed: Is this isolated to the hand and fingers only?  Is the pain traveling down the arm?  Was there any trauma?  Is there any pain at night or that wakes you up?  Is there numbness and tingling in the fingers?  We need more information to help you towards the next step.

hi i got sudden pain in middle left hand finger doc has strapped it i ain't knocked it i have osteo in my hip and doc said it could be in my finger?

Could be: You can get arthritis in your hand and this can cause sudden worsening pain with some activities.  Other causes could be trigger finger or snapping tendon.  Splinting or buddy taping to adjacent finger is ok for a while, but can cause stiffness if splinted too long.

pain in my middle left hand finger and i different sizes of red  moles in that has spreads over the years to different parts of my body ?

Don't think these: two issues are related. The "red moles" are likely vessels called angiomas but without seeing them, I don't know for sure. Make appointment to see doctor

i have pain in my left hand, ring finger knuckle. i'm sure that some of it is related to playing guitar. suggestions?

Pain ring finger: hello ~ yes I suppose if you use a plektrum and balance your hand on the guitar with the ring finger, that could do it. But look carefully at everything to do to see where the overuse is. Piano, other musical instruments, holding a trumpet, gardening, computer work etc. It will get better. ONE thing you MUST NOT DO, is IMMOBILISE it or strap it because that causes fingers to go stiff very quickly.

Arthritis could: Be playing a part especially if you have had an injury in the past.  Outside of that it could very well be a trigger finger if it is an isolated finger.  Typically it will feel stiff in the morning and may lock-up.  You can try extension exercises.  Icing.  It may require an injection to help it.  If it is not getting better seek the advice of a hand doc or orthopaedic surgeon.

i have sharp shooting pain in my  left hand and middle finger does that mean signs of a heart attack? i'm 28 years old and a female.

No: The typical pain from a heart attack is shoulder to arm. The pain you describe is more neurological. Still be safe and check it out. Rare things always happen.

Chest pains!!!: Regardless, could be only muscle pain. However, pain in your chest with the symptoms you have described  is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your pcp is warranted.

Pain: There are several possibilities. Carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinosis of the wrist and finger flexors,  muscle strain.  I suggest evaluation with your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
