I have sharp shooting pain in my left hand and middle finger does that mean signs of a heart attack? i'm 28 years old and a female.

No: The typical pain from a heart attack is shoulder to arm. The pain you describe is more neurological. Still be safe and check it out. Rare things always happen.

Highly unlikely: Unless you have risk factors such as family, high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking and so on. Most likely a nerve issue.
