Wisdom tooth pain: Typically it takes 24 to 48 hours for amoxicillin to take effect. If your symptoms are getting worse or not improving see your dentist about this.  You said you have had this happened before.  Has your dentist recommended extraction of your wisdom teeth?

Short term relief: Brief relief with over the counter Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen but if it hurts when you bite down, time to talk with your dentist about your unhappy molar [possible cavity or worse...]. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Many poss. reasons: Most likely reason is crack tooth syndrome.  You dentist will need to do a thorough exam to rule out decay, periodontitis, tooth abscess, pulpitis, occlusal trauma, etc.

White spot: White spots are usually either malformed tooth or demineralized tooth which is an early stage cavity.  They most often come from too much Fluoride or poor oral hygiene.  Hopefully changes to diet and work to alkalize mouth and saturate saliva with minerals could stabilize spot.  Sometimes they can need fillings.

Maybe: I really depends on the situation. As long as the chip only involves the enamel and is not causing discomfort you may not have to have it fixed. If the chip is due to underlying decay you should have it repaired. I would recommend that you visit your dentist to be sure.

Depends: Typically, a blood clot will organize in the extraction site that will be replaced by soft tissue, and eventually with bone formation.  The appearance of the extraction site one week post op may vary depending on the complexity of the extraction, and whether or not a dry socket is present.  The level of discomfort likewise can vary, also dependent upon the above and individual perceptions of pain.

Yes but: Yes, but it will likely increase the risk of a dry socket. If you wish to avoid a dry socket, wait one week For problems, see the wisdom tooth expert - the oral surgeon.

See a dentist: Dental infection due to tooth abscess, gum abscess or combination of both. If  pulp of the tooth is necrotic (dead) there is no pain, but  an awkward feeling coild be present. See your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment. You are always presented with a few options. Good luck.

Many Possibilities: Cracked tooth, failing root canal, infection, caries, periodontal disease. Have it checked out
