Many poss. reasons: Most likely reason is crack tooth syndrome. You dentist will need to do a thorough exam to rule out decay, periodontitis, tooth abscess, pulpitis, occlusal trauma, etc.

Pain on pressure: It could be any number of things- a cavity; broken, chipped or cracked filling; fractured tooth; occlusal (bite) problem; gum inflammation; nerve degradation or infection; or something else. See your dentist for an evaluation and appropriate treatment.
