i had laminectomy l/4,l/5 and 2 years later burning at bottom of both feet. right foot better but left still pain at heel, ankle , and calf. ?

Late Affects: Hello:

Rediculopathy is a common complication of back surgery and can be quite a problem.  However, many patients do not have this issue but a completely different cause of the burning.  This is too complicated of an issue that you need to be evaluated by a foot specialist to determine the actual diagnosis.

pain at heel, ankle, ptt, peroneal that move around according to different shoes i wear. problem on both feet. pain after 15 minutes of walk.any idea?

Heel spur: One of two things is likely: either a heel spur or you have strained your Achilles' tendon.  Have your family doctor check you for any instability.

ankle ligament reconstruction surgery with internal brace 6 months ago. had achilles and peroneal tendonitis at the same time. tendonitis went away, but hurts again. could i have tweaked my ankle? pain free till now. pain in heel at rest.

Same problem : I don’t think you ever got rid of the Achilles tendon or peroneal tendon problem having surgery on your ankle allows your tendons to quiet down and Upon increasing your activity after surgery the problem presented itself again

i hav pain at corner of the heel (just upper than the heel) 10 days b4. x-ray say normal. i had used ointment & hot water wash, medicine but no relif ?

Achilles tendonitis?: If your pain is in the back of your heel by the tendon, you may have achilles tendonitis.  Use a heel lift in your shoe, rest, and take advil (ibuprofen).  If you see no improvement, see a podiatrist or orthopedist.

i am experiencing burning heel pain at the back of my right heel when stretching or leaning forward. it started about 2 months ago and is getting progressively worse as i walk or run. 
i am not sure who to see about this or how to treat it.  ?

Inflammation: Sounds like you are having inflammation of the Achilles tendon. You can apply heat packs, do stretching exercises, apply local anti-inflammatory creams. Also make sure you have proper foot wear. Stretch before you run. If pain persists you can see a podiatrist ( foot doctor)

my left foot has been swollen since dec 2017, after a long haul flight to new york. it hasnt healed. i did have a sharp pain in the heel at the time.

last week i woke up with sharp pain on my heel at the bottom of my foot and couldn't really walk on it from pain. i also felt slight pain in my outer thigh and like a feeling of a tight muscle. today i can't move my tiny pinky toe..what's happening?

: I assume there has been no injury. You may have plantar fasciitis which causes severe heel tenderness. I recommend taking an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen, elevation of your leg &amp; keeping pressure of the heel, applying ice.  and getting examined by your physician or a podiatrist.

Platforms vs high he: They could be as thye tend to distribute weight more evenly than regular pumps, but both can contribute to problems developing in feet if worn for long periods of time.
