Platforms vs high he: They could be as thye tend to distribute weight more evenly than regular pumps, but both can contribute to problems developing in feet if worn for long periods of time.

Yes: Platforms support the entire foot, where heels put huge pressure on the ball of the foot.

Platfroms high heels: Neither are good. Both create an abnormal posturing causing you to abnormally tilt your pelvis forward - this is not anatomic. Your feet and soles get damaged and injured over time, you develop terrible skin on the soles, dry and cracked with callus. Furthermore the abnormal tilt affects the hips, knees and back causing pain. Best shoes are flats with minimal heel lift.
