Platfroms high heels: Neither are good. Both create an abnormal posturing causing you to abnormally tilt your pelvis forward - this is not anatomic. Your feet and soles get damaged and injured over time, you develop terrible skin on the soles, dry and cracked with callus. Furthermore the abnormal tilt affects the hips, knees and back causing pain. Best shoes are flats with minimal heel lift.
