Normal BP: These are entirely normal responses to change in body position. The main thing is that your resting BP is low and normal. Everybody's BP rises temporarily on standing up, even more with exercise. (If you were to exercise vigorously for a few minutes, e.g. jogging, your BP would be far higher still -- but only temporarily. No harm, entirely normal.)

: Systemic lupus can cause autonomic neuropathy causing damage to nerves that help regulate blood pressure. I'm not sure that the treatment of your lupus can reverse autonomic neuropathy.  If not, all you can do is to treat the symptoms.  Your rheumatologist can answer your question better.

Hypertension: Hypertension is a chronic illness and does not have a cure but can be controlled with medications and exercise and weight loss. Now did you mean orthostatic hypotension? This is from abrupt changes in position that makes the BP drop. Slower movement resolves the problem.

: Orthostatic hypotension occurs when there is a sudden change in your position. When lying on the beach or in bed and you get up fast, your blood vessels fail to constrict thus causing a lowering of your pressure. You will feel a little dizzy, a little confused, some nausea and other effects, but only temporary. Nothing to worry about at your age.

Uncommon: No specific increased risk of orthostasis was mentioned in standard descriptions of these illnesses, however, autoimmune illnesses can cause edema and third spacing with flare-ups, which will increase the risk of orthostasis greatly. I hope that helps

It is highly: unlikely that you have MSA. It is very rare, usually occurs in the 5th or 6th decade not 3rd and affects multiple areas of the brain not just the autonomic system. A neurological evaluation will help to reassure you. You most likely have garden variety orthostatic hypotension from dietary or medications or environmental triggers.

NO: Sometimes associated with syncope (fainting), it is due to a chaotic state of the autonomic (automatic)  nervous system. Commonest cause is high calorie malnutrition or empty calories that induce secondary vitamin deficiency, especially all the sugary junk.
