Normal BP: These are entirely normal responses to change in body position. The main thing is that your resting BP is low and normal. Everybody's BP rises temporarily on standing up, even more with exercise. (If you were to exercise vigorously for a few minutes, e.g. jogging, your BP would be far higher still -- but only temporarily. No harm, entirely normal.)
