It is highly: unlikely that you have MSA. It is very rare, usually occurs in the 5th or 6th decade not 3rd and affects multiple areas of the brain not just the autonomic system. A neurological evaluation will help to reassure you. You most likely have garden variety orthostatic hypotension from dietary or medications or environmental triggers.
