Systemic lupus can cause autonomic neuropathy causing damage to nerves that help regulate blood pressure. I'm not sure that the treatment of your lupus can reverse autonomic neuropathy. If not, all you can do is to treat the symptoms. Your rheumatologist can answer your question better.
