Hypertension: Hypertension is a chronic illness and does not have a cure but can be controlled with medications and exercise and weight loss. Now did you mean orthostatic hypotension? This is from abrupt changes in position that makes the BP drop. Slower movement resolves the problem.

Cure for Orthostasis: Volume repletion. Rise from supine to standing slowly. Compression stockings. High sodium intake. Drugs such as midodrine or fludrocortisone.
