Check pulses: Some variation can be normal, but have a physician check pulses at the groin, back of the knee and ankle. If they are even, ask yourself about trauma's to either leg- broken bones? Feels better when you have a reason and even better if its true!  blood flow (doppler studies) can look at the deeper blood flow and compare legs. Acute blood clots are usually painful.

Get your blood work: If the spasm is ongoing, you make sure that your blood chemistry is alright. Get to your physician and get some blood work done. Hope that you feel better.

: If your foot isn't really cold to the touch you may have a neuropathy. If it's cold to the touch a blockage or spasm in an artery is likely. You should be examined by a physician for diagnosis &amp;advice re testing or referral to either a neurologist or a vascular surgeon.

hi, my fiance sifted one of his disks in his back (t8/9) we went to the gp yesterday, they gave him a injection and very strong pain meds.... he now has 1 cold and 1 hot foot?? is this normal or is it possible that the nerves is damaged?

Find a better DR: Spinal disks do not slip or ["sift"?]. But they can rupture. It is not normal to have a marked difference in temperature between left &amp; right feet. This may be a damaged nerve from bone or disk or muscle or spinal ligament or the Dr's needle. Try to see a neurologist or neurosurgeon or orthopedic surgeon.

Synovitis: yes, it is but you should have your child examined to be sure it is in fact synovitis and not a more serious infection

Possibly: Cocaine can cause a vasculitis which is a severe inflammation of blood vessels leading to a compromise of circulation and possible tissue damage. Have the legs evaluated as soon as possible.

See doctor: A cold floor is an unlikely source of a swollen, red toe. More likely is an infection along the nail edge, possibly from a torn hangnail or toenail being cut too short (ingrown toenail). Warm soaks in epsom salts may ease the pain & swelling temporarily, but go to a doctor in case there is a more serious infection. If the child has stepped on something sharp & punctured the toe, see doc right away.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. What you described suggests a problem with blood circulation in that toe. It would be prudent to consult a doctor for evaluation and treatment.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
