Is there a relationship between having a bad back with sciatica and one foot feeling cold?

Nerve dysfunction: Sciatica may cause changes in sensation (feeling) all the way down to the foot on the affected side.

Possible: More common in terms of the combination of back & leg pain in terms of a sciatica is nerve involvement with 20% experiencing some neurologic symptoms like numbess, tingling or parathesias &/or weakness. It is unusual to c/o coldness which is unlikely to be vascular issue at your age but could be in an older person wih the vascular issue causing back & leg pain or 2 different problems coexisting.
