Medical Emergency: While there could be lots of causes of these problems which are not as bad, it sounds a lot like the symptoms of cord compression. 

Cord compression can cause irreversible paralysis if left untreated. 

You should go to the emergency room right away.

Not usual, but...: although the pattern you described is not usual, some variation in the amount and frequency of bowel movements is not abnormal. As long as you're not having pain or bleeding, and as long as the stool consistency is fairly normal, I wouldn't worry. Increasing fiber in the diet will help regulate this. A fiber supplement each day, such as Metamucil, can help. Increasing fluid intake is also vital.

Yes: Breast milk is so completely digested, the stool is either mostly water (in which case it can be frequent), or it may take up to 10 days to gather enough for a bowel movement (you'll see more wet diapers, then).  The big question is whether the child is gaining weight properly (a starving child will obviously have fewer stools), or whether there are any other concerns such as vomiting, jaundice, l.

Doubt it: Your type of bleeding is usually hemorrhoids or a fissure. However, at least a rectal exam, and possibly other tests should be performed.

No bm: If you have the urge to have a bm but can't, work from below by inserting a rectal gkycerin or dulcolax suppository. If no good results, administer a fleets enema. If you have no urge take a laxative like miralax or milk of magnesia by mouth. Taking a daily mild stimulant like senokotS may keep you regular. Drink adequate fluids and eat enough fiber daily.

You : You can apply a small amount of topical antibiotic ointment with pain medication to the area two to three times a day. This can be bought in any pharmacy over the counter(otc). Also avoid straining with bowel movements, increase your fiber intake, water, and try a stool softener like colace, (docusate sodium) which can also be purchased otc. If the bleeding persists see your doctor.

No: A kid should stool every day. This is relatively common ;aggravated by the kids poor bowel habits.They often chose not to go when nature calls, not to go unless at home, and generally have discomfort during the process. Discuss the pattern with your doc to see how to get back into a better pattern.The constipation can interfere with  bladder emptying and lead to persistent bedwetting, etc.

Gastroenteritis: The most common reason is a viral gastroenteritis, or colitis. The diarrhea can cause the fatigue. Be sure you are drinking enough liquids to replace the fluids you are losing.
