I have not had a bowel movement in 5 days, before this i was fine. i'm having trouble passing it, decreased urine, can't sit, stand, walk please help

Medical Emergency: While there could be lots of causes of these problems which are not as bad, it sounds a lot like the symptoms of cord compression. Cord compression can cause irreversible paralysis if left untreated. You should go to the emergency room right away.
