Doubt it: Your type of bleeding is usually hemorrhoids or a fissure. However, at least a rectal exam, and possibly other tests should be performed.

Hemorrhoid : Most likely a hemorrhoid. But you should have it checked out by your pcp to make sure you're not bleeding from higher up in the GI tract.
