Either: If you are prone to keloid, then either area can develop one.  The face of course, would be more noticeable then the belly button.  But not all people are prone to keloid scars, and the majority of patients do just fine with these minor piercings.  Best wishes.

First, get diagnosed: One's primary care doctor can examine it. Some people are prone to keloids, probably genetically determined. The problem is that if a doctor cuts out one keloid, another usually forms. Steroids are usually tried such as an injection of triamcinolone into a keloid. Dermatologists with experience in keloids can help. Of course, humans are just perfect without any piercings or other artificial holes.

You remove ???: Anyone who develop keloids should understand they can arise with any injury/cut to the skin surface. A cosmetic dermatologist might have a way to reduce your chance of recurrence at the same site, or it may persist whatever is done. If you try to do something yourself it is likely to worsen the outcome.

nose piercing: You could but why mutilate your body?. In my opinion a nose piercing will significantly decrease your employment chances over your entire lifetime.  That is, if you have equal qualifications to another candidate that does not have a nose piercing, they would be more likely to be chosen for a job in our society.

No to aspirin pastes: If  you really have a keloid, Aspirin pastes will not work. Neither will any other creams, pastes, or potions.
Non surgical treatment of keloids with injections of steroids, like kenalog (triamcinolone), (triamcinolone) may improve the keloid. If this does not work after several treatments, 6 weeks apart. Then surgical excision with possible radiation therapy or kenalog (triamcinolone) injections may be needed.

Compression: Early keloids can improve with compression. Try searching online for compression earrings.  That may help.

Small ear keloid: A small keloid can be very effectively reduced with a dilute injection of appropriate steroid. It would be a first choice, unless a prior injection was unsuccessful. Often, the cause of these keloids can be the metal punch used to create the ear hole, The hole could be ragged, trap skin cells, or scar from poor care.   It  occurs in all skin types, but creams are not effective.
