"Unremarkable": Common medical jargon for "no abnormality" or "normal".  There is nothing on the xray to remark on.

Depends : would need to hear the detailed report to be sure but this usually refers to evidence that someone had TB in the past and it has left a scar.  If you were treated for TB then likely nothing more will need to be done. If you have never been treated, you may need to be treated for either active or latent TB. This decision would be based on your history and symptoms.

More testing: neg. sputum smears do not exclude active TB, you need a quanterferon gold blood test and a bronchoscopy to exclude active TB
looking at an old CXR is also worthwhile
more history and symptoms are lacking in your question

what is pericardial thickening.does covid cause it will it go away after covid ? will a chest x-ray show it my report from when i had covid says i had that but i just recently had a echo done and a chest x-ray both normal would it have shown up again?

IT DEPENDS: it really depend om how high your fever is .are you having any chills or night sweat 
if you are living in the west we will said it is a virus 
you are from pakistan and the chance of bacteria or unusual infection is more likely. so it is very hard  to say if it is serious or not .
see an infection disease specialist for help

: Follow up will be needed with your primary care physician. Such incidental findings need to be confirmed, specifically when using a suboptimal test for that condition. A confirmatory test, such as a 2d-echo heart may be ordered. Based on findings further work up may or may not be needed.

Healed lesion: Just as we sometimes get a scar after a fall, the lung can get a scar form an old infection.
