No: Abnormal FLC ratio is not diagnostic of any disease. More than 50% of the people with increased levels of gamma globulins have abnormal FLC ratio without a disorder of the plasma cells.

Useless test: K/L ratio is not a useful test. About one third of patients without monoclonal immunoglboulin have an abnormal ratio, usually with kappa excess. At your age you are unlikely to have myeloma.

FLC not useful: FLC and kappa/lambda ratio are not useful tests. A normal K/L ratio does not exclude monoclonal gammopathy and an abnormal one is not diagnostic of one. From what you described you do not have monoclonal gammopathy and certainly have no multiple myeloma.

gave plasma, leading to tests (cbc, spep, immunofixation, flc). waiting for hemo consult. have high iga (7.09g/l) but low igg (3.05) &low igm(.15). monoclonal iga type lambda found (8.5mg/l), lambda=33.4mg/l, but lc ratio ok. am i immune compromised?

: You are not immunocompromised but you have IgA monoclonal gammopathy. If you are not sick and there is no other lab abnormality, you should not worry much at this time. Please keep appointment with the hemo-oncology team.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the results you reported are abnormal enough that consultation with a hematologist is warranted.     Wish you good health!

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your laboratory values are not particularly abnormal and may be your normal. If you do not have symptoms, do not be concerned about the numbers.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

See a specialist: You don't tell me how you were found to have that high level. If you have no symptoms to go with that finding and other laboratory blood tests are normal, you probably have what is called monoclonal gammopathy. If you have symptoms or tests are affected, there are several possible diagnosis. For proper evaluation, see an immunologist or hematologist.
