See a specialist: You don't tell me how you were found to have that high level. If you have no symptoms to go with that finding and other laboratory blood tests are normal, you probably have what is called monoclonal gammopathy. If you have symptoms or tests are affected, there are several possible diagnosis. For proper evaluation, see an immunologist or hematologist.
