pap and colposcopy showed cin1 9 months ago. this month  repeated pap smear showed nilm , is there a chance that cin1 will come back again, when i return for repeated session after few months ?

Pap smear results: CIN 1 usually clears up in a few months -- congratulations on your now normal result. It makes sense to have additional pap smears, so follow your doctor's advice about it. But you can expect it to remain negative.

i had hysterectomy last year for ais, just had follow up pap and hpv test. pap result was nilm. it also said endocervical cells and or meta plastic squamous cells (endocervical component) present. how can it have those cells if i had hysterctomy?

: Was it a total hysterectomy or do you still have your cervix?  If you have cervix the findings are within the acceptable range. If it was a total hysterectomy, consult with the doctor who performed the specimen collection for PAP.

gynechologist told me there is an erosion on the cervix by looking and examining it. i had pap in august the came nilm. she also told me pap isnt 100accurate in detecting dysplasia as colposcopy is needed. the last year pap and colposcopy showed cin1?

"NILM" pap smear: NILM represents that no intra-epithelial lesions are present.  A colposcopy is not generally done unless abnormal cells are present on a pap smear, and a biopsy may be necessary to confirm the degree of abnormality present.  Cervial erosion may cause spotting and light bleeding especially after sex, indicating chronic inflammation, but does not require colposcopy.

ayear back and my pap smear report same back as lsil. this year, the repeat pap came back as negative for nilm but inflammatory smear. is the only cause for lsil hpv? could it be cause by inflammation or pcos too? should i be worried ab high risk hpv?

Accepted Answer

: HPV is the only known cause of LSIL, but usually with low risk types of the virus. Inflammatory changes on Pap sometime are due to other infections (e.g. gonorrhea or chlamydia), but in most cases no cause can be found; PCOS is not a likely cause. With or without inflammatory changes, LSIL usually clears up on its own -- so your situation is normal and expected. No worries about high risk HPV.

Depends: Depends on what you consider "nice"...This can be different in different cultures and at different times...The answer is part of the nature/nurture issue...Most morphological issues are from both genetics and nutrition and activity levels....You can't do much about genetics, but you can eat healthy and exercise. If you do that, you will be okay. Appreciate what you are...Not what you are not.

Diet and exercise: You need to eat a well balanced diet with plenty of protein, but do not exceed 2000 calories per day.  you need to do a combination of aerobic ( jogging) and strength training ( weights) exercises.  To improve your abbs, you need to do sit ups/ crunches/ and other abdominal exercises that will tone your core muscles.  You can find these on the internet.

Diet: A 9 month old can eat meat poultry, fish and eggs. In addition he can have fruits and vegetables. He can also have complex cereals, pasta and legumes. Limit his milk intake to20-24 ounces. He can also hve cheese and yogurt. Occasionally you can give him undiluted juices. However, juices, at best, are wasted cslories.

can my tubs come untied after 9 years?

Accepted Answer

: Unlikely. Normal methods today are not simply "tying" tubes that may have occurred 50 years ago. A segment of the mid structure is removed, the two remaining segments for each tube are separated and tied into themselves where each end will scar/heal as a blind pouch. There is no channel for conception to occur.
