A member asked:

Can my tubs come untied after 9 years?

Unlikely. Normal methods today are not simply "tying" tubes that may have occurred 50 years ago. A segment of the mid structure is removed, the two remaining segments for each tube are separated and tied into themselves where each end will scar/heal as a blind pouch. There is no channel for conception to occur.

No. The tubes aren’t actually “tied” but separated, with the ends cauterized shut.
