Depends: Depends on what you consider "nice"...This can be different in different cultures and at different times...The answer is part of the nature/nurture issue...Most morphological issues are from both genetics and nutrition and activity levels....You can't do much about genetics, but you can eat healthy and exercise. If you do that, you will be okay. Appreciate what you are...Not what you are not.

Healthy body is nice: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Stay physically active.
