Depends on the cause: Anemia is a low red blood cell (rbc) count; this can also be defined by a low hemoglobin level, which is the protein that carries oxygen in the rbc.  Anemia is either due to decreased production of rbcs (ie dietary) or increased destruction/loss (ie bleeding).  Many of these causes are treatable/curable, but require diagnosis first.

Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Treatment could be medication, transfusion or other modality depending on the cause.

Not really: Anemia by definition is a low hematocrit and hemoglobin count. It is not anemia if the numbers are normal.
The only reason will be if you are severely dehydrated or if you have an acute severe hemorrhage and the test is taken right after the bleed or during the bleeding. The reason will be that you haven't had time redistribute your blood.
