Unlikely...: There have been studies done in remedies for hot flashes and most natural remedies or vitamins don't seem to be effective. However black cohosh and evening primrose oil have worked in some people, but black cohosh not recommended for women with breast cancer. Other meds like gabapentin, SSRIs/SNRIs, clonidine, estrogens have been used and can help. Talk to your doctor to consider therapy.

dolo neurobion forte tablets can i take this i am 15 weeks pregnate?

Likely no: This medication contains diclofenac, thiamine, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin.  The biggest concern is the diclofenac.  This is a nsaid, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory. For the most part these can safely be taken up until somewhere around 26 weeks gestation.  After that they can cause premature closure of baby's ductus arteriosa in heart, and other concerns.  Bottom line, just take b vitamins.

can we take cod liver oil (seven seas capsules) with neurobion forte? do we have side effects?

Probably: I don't know what is in Neurobion Forte but I'm not aware of any known interaction with fish oils and other substances.   I think excess amounts of cod liver oil can cause some liver problems but it  requires as I recall quite a lot of it to create a problem.

have mtfhr a1298c hetrozygous mutation.c677t wasn't there. recently b12 has dropped from 269 to 22, b9 has dropped from 21 to 9,homocysteine is at 21.i have lost 21kgs,all possible gi issues and depression,take neurobion forte.should i take methylfol?

: You are  urged to correct the B12 deficiency, decrease the homocysteine (risk of stroke and heart attacks), and address depression.  Your doctor should  be providing B12 injections, and biologically active folate can be supplemented.  In USA, we have medical foods (MetanX and Cerefolin-NAC).  Ask about equivalents in India.

used ferrimed iron and neurobion vitamin b complex tablets for more than 6 months now- stopped when i realised the sores on my gums may be a result of too much of these medication?

Too many: There're too many conditions that can cause these symptoms to be able to differentiate from just a list. You should be physically examined, have your health history and medication history evaluated, you may need x-rays, you may need lab tests. See BOTH your General Physician and your General Dentist to begin the diagnostic process.

Yes: Ir is a combination of thiamine, cyanocobalamine and   pyridoxine . 
One can take one tablets three times a day 
it can help for neuropathic pain , neuralgia or diabetic neuropathy.

Multivitamin: If it is a daily Multivitamin, then you can take one per day.

Probably: Neurobion Forte is a high dose vitamin B1, B6 &amp; B12 supplement.I am not familiar with the company, but these vits have been shown to benefit a lot of people with DM in energy, mood, well being &amp; NEUROPATHY.B vits can be depleted by some of the DM meds.He should have his B12 levels checked.Many diabetics need treatment doses.Then if he starts B supp make sure it is reputable and has USP mark.
