Likely no: This medication contains diclofenac, thiamine, pyridoxine and cyanocobalamin. The biggest concern is the diclofenac. This is a nsaid, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory. For the most part these can safely be taken up until somewhere around 26 weeks gestation. After that they can cause premature closure of baby's ductus arteriosa in heart, and other concerns. Bottom line, just take b vitamins.
