Probably: Neurobion Forte is a high dose vitamin B1, B6 & B12 supplement.I am not familiar with the company, but these vits have been shown to benefit a lot of people with DM in energy, mood, well being & NEUROPATHY.B vits can be depleted by some of the DM meds.He should have his B12 levels checked.Many diabetics need treatment doses.Then if he starts B supp make sure it is reputable and has USP mark.
