Pain: May be work posture related. Your General Physician can probably point you in the right direction. He/she may want you to see a Neurologist, a Rheumatologist, or a Chiropractor.

See Endodontist : We cannot diagnose these types of situations over the internet. More is required than merely an x-ray to determine the cause of your symptoms. The swollen lymph node/neck pain could be totally independent of the tooth pain but still require treatment. See an Endodontist to evaluate tooth (root fracture?/ CBCT scan (3D x-ray)? extract tooth? If no dental infection,also consult with physician.

Absolutely: No question about it, sub-clinical abscess may not have any symptoms. People often believe the need to be in pain to indicate they have a serious medical/dental condition. Periodontal disease may not have any outward symptoms. High blood pressure and diabetes may not have symptoms, bu you can die from either. Many cancers have no symptoms until you have less than a few weeks to live.

Very possibly: Best to get some xrays to eliminate other possibilites like a bady decayed tooth which can also be the source.

Clenching: Clenching can cause facial pain, headaches, and neck pain.  There are also many other causes for neck pain.  The first thing to do is see your dentist for an evaluation as the change in your bite may be a part of your pain.  A nightguard of splint may help you with  the pain from clenching
