Need evaluation: I would recommend an in depth evaluation. This could be more than just a sinus problem. Headaches are not often sinus problems, but actual tension or migraine headaches. You also may have some type of neck musculoskeletal pain that is causing the headaches. There could be issues with temporomandibular joint dysfunction. So therefore, you need a good evaluation.
