Normal at some stage: Not all women pop but most do - and no - it does not reveal the gender of the baby. Now, it is easy to determine that for most OBGYN doctors - ultrasound may show the genitals too. But this was just an idea people had. No more. Best wishes for your birth.

This symptom is not: An indicator for pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test if you have missed your period. Classic pregnancy
sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks). Possible sx’s : tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line ; ^ white, milky.

Discomfort that is: Specific to the naval is not a pregnancy symptom. However, cramps can occur with early pregnancy. If you have missed your period - please take a pregnancy test.

Possible but...: Many things could cause some cramping in the lower abdomen.  

If you are more than 2 week late check a pregnancy test.  If the pains continue consult a physician.

Lower abdominal pain: Lower abdominal pain in women can be a complicated issue to evaluate because it can be issues involving the urinary tract, the uterus and ovaries, the bowel/rectum. It would be best to have your provider who can do a good GYN exam and also evaluate these other areas see you within the next few days.

Unlikely: If you have 3 negative home pregnancy tests it is unlikely that you are pregnant even if your last period was 2 months ago. There are many possible causes for this along with nausea,feeling gaasy and mid-abdominal cramping. See your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic for a full history, exam, and appropriate testing to find out what the problem is and begin treatment. Hope you feel better fast.

Tinnitus: Probably pulsatile tinnitus - common in pregnancy due to high loos flow. If distressing contact your OB for management. Usually self limiting and stops soon after delivery.

Straining and pregn: Try to keep you stool softer by drinking 2.5-3.0 liters a day and having fiber like a cup of oats, lentils, barley , brown rice a day or avocado/prunes, prune  juice/strawberries.  if your cervix is competent it should not push the baby out but straining  can cause hemorrhoids .

Pooping?: I presume you are complaining about your bowel movements which are not affected by pregnancy in the early stages even if you were pregnant. If this problem has been going on for more than a week, you should consider seeing your doctor to find out why.

Tell your doctor: What you described might be petechiae or broken capillaries. While this might be normal in the increased blood volume in pregnancy, it could also be worrisome or indicate very low platelets in a serious condition called HELLP syndrome in pregnancy. You should tell your dr about this rash and ask if you need to have a platelet count checked.
