Straining and pregn: Try to keep you stool softer by drinking 2.5-3.0 liters a day and having fiber like a cup of oats, lentils, barley , brown rice a day or avocado/prunes, prune juice/strawberries. if your cervix is competent it should not push the baby out but straining can cause hemorrhoids .
