Unlikely: If you have 3 negative home pregnancy tests it is unlikely that you are pregnant even if your last period was 2 months ago. There are many possible causes for this along with nausea,feeling gaasy and mid-abdominal cramping. See your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic for a full history, exam, and appropriate testing to find out what the problem is and begin treatment. Hope you feel better fast.
