for the last few days my molar tooth on the top hurts of i stomp or jump ( only at the moment of impact). no other pain. what could be up?

A couple of things: Here are some possibilities. It could be an infection. It could be sinuses. It could be widening of the periodontal ligament. It could be periodontal disease. A clinical exam with x-rays & periodontal charting would be necessary. It is impossible to give you a diagnosis due to the limits of this forum. Clinical Evaluation: And x-ray is needed to come up with a definitive diagnosis. 
A cracked tooth syndrome can cause pain when pressure is placed on the tooth. It is very common on cases where there's a severe interference on teeth of somebody who has bruxism (grinding) habit.

Wisdom tooth: Do you have wisdom teeth yet? Sometimes when they are erupting they feel that way and nothing to warry, sometimes they erupt to wrong direction and they should be taken out.  Anyways check with your dentist.

Tooth pain: Chronic tooth pain can be due to bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), infection of the tooth or gums, a fractured tooth (very common under large silver fillings).
Bruxism can cause TMJ dysfunction with pain referred to the ear.
A definitive diagnosis cannot be made without a clinical exam, x-rays, and additional information.
Check again with your dentist, and an ENT for ear pain.

Fistula....: I personally advise you first see a dentist to discuss your options based upon a clinical exam and x-rays. You should understand the pros and cons of each option and prognosis of Endodontic treatment followed by restorative treatment. Your General Dentist may then elect to treat you or refer you to an Endodontist (or Oral Surgeon).

They need to be treated by a dentist, so the sooner you are seen the better you will feel. Submandibular swellings can rapidly expand, closing off your airway and causing a life threatening situation. Could be your wisdom teeth.

i had a molar tooth extracted on friday. the stiches they put in my mouth hurt. is this normal?  they are dissolvable stitches.

Probably ok: If tissues are badly swollen, however, the tissues can be pulling on the stitches.  Call the Dentist or Oral Surgeon that did your surgery, that's the person that knows your circumstance the best.  Additional treatment may be warranted.  Let your Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon make the appropriate decisions with you.

Yes: If the tooth has an abscess and is unrestorable, then it needs to be extracted. The infection can spread and cause many other health problems.
