i have 2 small hard bumbs on the right side lower right before before my neck part of my skull..tbey are hard like bone and dont really hurt i just?

Not bad: These are a scalp cyst they feel hard like a bone,nothing to worry about.
If you are super concern see a doctor.

my head hurts in the lower left side of my skull the dr's i have seen say tension headache or a muscle spasm i have had the headache since dec 25th ?

Other possibilities: Other possibilities include neck problems like arthritic spurs or disc problems causing impingement and/ or inflammation of the occipital nerve going from your neck to the back of your skull. Have you tried wearing a soft cervical collar,applying heat or cold applications, and,if you can take them,NSAIDS like ibuprofen? Perhaps a consultation with a neurologist who will order appropriate tests.

can a pinch nerve in the neck or crown of skull cause dizziness? strained neck heard a pop doesn't hurt but very annoying. lower back of head tender.

Pinched Nerve: A pinched nerve in the neck can cause temporary and limited episodes of dizziness but it shouldn't necessarily persist as long periods of dizziness. There might be something else going on if that is the case, including a diskmpronlem with nerve or vascualr compromise. If the dizziness doesn't clear expeditiously, i would make an appointment to see a neurologist and have it thoroughly checked out.

at pt today had manual movement of skull bones. my front teeth still hurt and lower jaw still feels pushed forward.  never had this before.  weird?

Manipulation: I strongly suggest that you see a physician for a proper neurologic and musculoskeletal eval and assessment to rule out any significant pathology. I would also be concerned about nerve compromise and / or ligamentous instability caused from the manual manipulation that you underwent.

Headaches: Your headaches could be coming from tension, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, teeth grinding, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems among other things. See a doctor to get checked out so you can get some help for your headaches.

i just got an extremely rough head massage, could this hurt/bend my skull? can human strength alone cause the skull to bend (no mechanical forces)?

No: A normal adult skull does not bend nor break under pressure from a massage.

Painful bump: The painless bump is likely a lymph node, or less likely maybe a cyst.  The new painful bump is likely a "reactive" lymph node (recent viral infection or even an infection you were unaware of?).  A new painful bump could also be from an infected hair shaft or abscess in which case look for redness.  Have your physician check them out to be sure.
