Manipulation: I strongly suggest that you see a physician for a proper neurologic and musculoskeletal eval and assessment to rule out any significant pathology. I would also be concerned about nerve compromise and / or ligamentous instability caused from the manual manipulation that you underwent.

TMJ dysfunction: There may have been a deviation of the meniscus (cartilage) of the temporomandibular joint. Ice it, take antiinflammatories today and rest it. Don't try to open too wide and if it isn't better by tomorrow, see your dentist.
