my big toes on both foot are red/blue/yellowish i went to clicks to but anti fungal spray as the skin around the toenails was red and inflamed? now i see this morning that my left toe is bleeding under the nail. what should i do?

: Its hard to understand the changes in your toe based on the description. I suggest that a doctor should see it. I wonder if you have a circulation issue? Can this be COVID 19 toes?

It really depends...: The length of the cut is not as crucial as the depth. If the cut is more than a few hours old, not more than 1/8" deep,  not getting red, and he can still move the toe normally with his mind, then clean with soap/water. Put antibiotic cream/band-aid daily for 7 dyas then air. If not all of above, or any redness, pain, swelling see dr. Immediately. Tough to answer without examining...

Needs to see: See podiatrist for properly diagnose and treat, could many things, including ulcer, abcess/infection or soft tissue growth. Was any trauma involved?

Doubt int bleed: Internal bleeding in the leg is usually seen with hard tight painful muscle compartments.  It's also very soon after a trauma like that.  If he has no pain and is able to move without pain, it's unlikely he has internal muscle bleeding (compartment syndrome).  As far as tearing vessels, it's highly unlikely from your description.  Set up an appointment to a doctor, he may quality for workers  comp.

It depends: Have you had any trauma?  Has the skin changed color - i.e. Fungus infection with whitening of skin between the toes?  Do you have any scaling (eczema) or lesion between the toes?  Sometimes a severe fungal infection alters skin integrity between the toes to such extent that you can get bleeding.  I would recommend that you see your physician in order to sort this out.

Bleeding: Pressure usually works , with a sterile gauze.  If the bleeding won't stop either present to an er or your podiatrist's office.  You didn't mention any meds like coumadin, (warfarin) so that may be a factor .  Good luck.

Your shoes may be : Too tight or too big for that matter...Need to check the correct size. There are certain medical conditions that could cause subungual hemmorhaging  as well. 
So if it is not mechanically related you should follow up with a doctor.

How did she get them: Sometimes "cuts" are openings caused by fungus, other times they could be from excessively dry skin, or even from skin conditions like psoriasis. Or they could be a legitimate cut. If bleeding apply pressure, antibiotic and a bandage. 
That would be the acute treatment and once bleeding stops should determine the cause to provide proper treatment.

Swellimg?: Possibilities:
1. Clear watery fluid is infammatory fluid
2. If toe is very swollen then it is a fracture
3. If toe is red and swollen it is infected
4. If no pain then don't worry about it.
