1 mth ago i had 2 teeth pulled. is it normal for me to still be pulling pieces of tooth out my gums? it was even bleeding bad last night?

Unusual: Sometimes pieces of bone may work itself out and may be mistaken for tooth fragments.  See your dentist that removed the tooth and have the extraction sites looked at to make sure everything is fine.

my frenulum connects beneathe my teeth its pulling my gums away and not giving nutrients to them what should i do so no decaying occurs?

Frenum: If your mandibular lingual frenum, the tag of tissue that connects the underside of your tongue to the gums behind your bottom front teeth, is too short it can damage the gum tissue, causing detachment and/or recession.  See your Dentist.  Referral to a Periodontist (gum specialist) or Oral Surgeon is in order to ameliorate the damage.

i have gum disease and i have 2 teeth that are a little bit loose, i cannot afford a dentist for now is there any remedy that i can use at home to tighten them like oil pulling, salt water or anything. i'm desperate?

: I understand your concern but dental issues need to be treated by a dentist. Seek help from a local hospital that has a dental department or UPR in San Juan. Either should provide you with low cost care. Failure to treat will result in the loss of those teeth.

Perio evalution: See your local dentist to determine the cause and how best to prevent and/or minimize further recession.  It is usually related to poor oral hygiene, poor or inadequate brushing and flossing techniques, stress, malocclusion, and para-functional habits. At your age it is easily remedied with your cooperation.

Baby Teeth: Everything sounds perfectly normal!  when a primary (baby) tooth becomes loose, the tooth is only attached to the gum by "threads" of gum tissue.  Your daughter has successfully started to remove her tooth, and no doubt, it will be out within the next few hours if she continues to "work it ".  Be sure that she doesn't forget to put it under the pillow for the tooth fairy!

It : It is not uncommom for a small root tip to break off during an extraction. It is not necessarily negligence. It may have been determined at that time that it was more risky to try to remove the broken piece than to leave it and see how you heal.

Are you in pain, or are you swollen, or is there any numbness? If not, then it might be better to leave it. It is not a foreign object. Over time, it may slowly work it's way to the surface where it can easily be removed without any risk.

Only examination of your current condition will give you the treatment options that you can consider.

Re-examination: Have the offending tooth re-examined.. alot can change in 3 months.

Second opinion?: Not all cases of gum recession can be treated successfully and often the results are unpredictable, especially in patients with less than ideal oral hygiene.  I can't tell you why your periodontist will or won't perform certain procedures. That is something you would need to discuss with him\her in more detail or consult with another periodontist if you so desire.

does the doctor pull stitches out from gums after extracting wisdom teeth?

That depends: That depends on what type of sutures are used.  There are two basic kinds - dissolvable and silk. Dissolvable do not need to be remove as they dissolve on their own after a few days.  Silk sutures do need to be removed by the doctor.  Which type they use depends on how strong a suture they feel they need for your situation. Silk sutures are stronger.

i have a lump on lower gum behind front teeth feels bony base is fixed to gum but can pull the tip towards teeth does this sound like a torus?

No: Tori are hard and the gum tissue is firmly attached, kind of like the skin on the front of your shin. There shouldn't be any loose tissue that can move around if it is a tori. Just have it checked out.
