See your physician: Say "pain", not "muscle spasm"; you may unintentionally mislead your physician.  Any upper abdominal pain with upper back pain radiation is suspicious for pancreatic pain.  While it can be a benign gastroduodenitis, you must not miss a more serious diagnosis, like pancreatitis, or a duodenal ulcer penetrating into the head of the pancreas.  See your physician.

Chest pain: The lung itself should not hurt unless you are having pleurisy which is inflammation of the pleura ( lining) of the lung. Depending on your age , you have to make sure you are not having a heart attack, angina. If you have fever or chills and cough, you may have a pneumonia.  A collapsed lung could cause pain but it is also associated with shortness of breath

Suspect infection: That vibrating feeling, if with deep breath in/out in particular, could be an indicator of a lower respiratory tract infection (like a "walking pneumonia"). Probably best to see dr / urgent care and get a chest x-ray.

yesterday was diagnosed with a strained muscle from coughing, today i've been getting popping feeling & sound in my left lung when breathing, normal?

Bronchitis: Likely an infection that is causing you to cough so hard. You need a partial cough suppressant that makes the cough less harsh but still allows enough to bring up the mucus that is likely what is making the noises in your long. Some of the noise may be from swollen bronchial tubes causing wheezing. You should ask your doctor what to take. May need antibiotic.

i have had spasticity with full body muscle spasms(especially in feet) and stiffness for 6 weeks. along with light tingling and feeling of weakness in left hand. does this mean i have als? note: i've had two mri's and both came back normal?

See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong.  One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests.  Follow with your doctor as soon as you can.  Things that can cause pains in chest and ribcage include heartburn, pneumonia, gallbladder problems, liver disease, kidney problems, heart attacks, or blood clots.

Chest: As a 48 year old male, you should see an MD to discuss and have an exam, you are at the prime age for heart disease and do not want to misinterpret your symptoms as a muscle spasm.  If you actually see a muscle like your pec muscle twitching, then that is not your heart and yes, it is a muscle twitching which could be from overuse or an electrolyte abnormality most commonly.

Heart, nerves: Heart conditions can cause left upper extremity symptoms.  Also, a pinched nerve in the neck can cause the symptoms you describe.  If your symptoms are persistent/severe then you should definitely see a physician esp to evaluate for possible heart problems.
