See your physician: Say "pain", not "muscle spasm"; you may unintentionally mislead your physician. Any upper abdominal pain with upper back pain radiation is suspicious for pancreatic pain. While it can be a benign gastroduodenitis, you must not miss a more serious diagnosis, like pancreatitis, or a duodenal ulcer penetrating into the head of the pancreas. See your physician.
