Bronchitis: Likely an infection that is causing you to cough so hard. You need a partial cough suppressant that makes the cough less harsh but still allows enough to bring up the mucus that is likely what is making the noises in your long. Some of the noise may be from swollen bronchial tubes causing wheezing. You should ask your doctor what to take. May need antibiotic.
