Suspect infection: That vibrating feeling, if with deep breath in/out in particular, could be an indicator of a lower respiratory tract infection (like a "walking pneumonia"). Probably best to see dr / urgent care and get a chest x-ray.

Get checked for: Obstructive lung disease /asthma by suggesting to your dr a spirometry. The vibration in your lung is a non - specific symptom. Quit smoking if u do. Give us some feedback. Hope u feel better!
