Vibration, seems my left lung. lower. know its not back muscle. inside body. have been out of breath for 3 days. but has improved today. started today?

Suspect infection: That vibrating feeling, if with deep breath in/out in particular, could be an indicator of a lower respiratory tract infection (like a "walking pneumonia"). Probably best to see dr / urgent care and get a chest x-ray.
