Have it evaluated: An ulceration that has not resolved in 2 weeks needs to be evaluated as the the cause and proper treatment. Call an oral surgeon for an appointment.

Yes: Get a biopsy.  That's way too long for normal healing.  Don't mess around with oral ulcers that last  more than a couple weeks.  See your dentist soon

Many possibilities..: Many questions arise.  Some are...Did a dentist operate on it?  Was it biopsied?  Its color? Its location?  What medications?
We as dentists see a gamut of different "ulcers" in the mouth and to diagnose without definitive tests is difficult.  I would suggest a repeat visit to the dentist and ask for a referral to an oral surgeon who can biopsy the area.  It is not fun having something so painful.

Cause: What was determined to be the cause of the ulcer? Most lesions resolve on their own in about two weeks. Your dentist apparently feels it is not serious. Without knowing anything about your social habits or medical history (other than your pregnancy) it would not be a bad idea to have an oral surgeon take a look.

Need tests: It probably needs a thorough evaluation including doing some blood tests which would look for infections, inflammatory conditions, or connective tissue disorders.  Would recommend you see your Primary Care and do tests to include check antibodies, inflammatory markers, thyroids tests and the like to rule out some of the conditions that can cause signs and symptoms you mention.

Irritation: Physical irritation can cause the virus responsible for your ulcers to become active.  Please see your Dentist for examination, evaluation, and treatment.

See your dentist: An ulcer of a small size and short duration , perhaps a few days, might be best monitored.  Your lesion while small should have resolve long before 3 months.  See a medical or dental professional soon for an evaluation.

Concussion and or TMJ issues can cause the headaches, dizziness, light sensitivity, equilibrium loss, loss of appetite, nausea, leading to back problems, due to trauma or compressed cervical nerves, mainly CN 1-5,7.

Get checked: Could be a chancre sore, apthous ulcer, tonsillitis, virus or strep. See your doctor as soon as you can!
