Yes: Get a biopsy. That's way too long for normal healing. Don't mess around with oral ulcers that last more than a couple weeks. See your dentist soon

Probably: If it were originally caused by trauma and got bigger than normal and then was continually irritated because of it's size then maybe not. But, otherwise, yes you should have it looked at soon.
