Gentle stretching: Yoga can be good but do not put yourself in positions that may cause pain or put undue stress on the hip.  Let pain be your guide.  Soreness is ok with exercise.  If you develop any pain, then back off and try to identify the positions that are the source.

Soft tissues: 30y female w. chronic pain region of one superior scapula spine, site insertion of Levator scapulae &amp; Superior Trapezium. Chronic muscle spasm evokes chronic tendonitis. See Osteopath for confirmation. Etiologic factors can be chronic head tilt, crossed cervical muscles, see below, scoliosis, unilateral sacroiliac joint disorder/sag. This locus of pain is common in many Fibromyalgia sufferers.

No: In children, sometimes a minor fracture can be less than obvious. The bone that is most likely to break is the clavicle, otherwise known as the collar bone. If he is still complaining of pain after a few days, take him to the doctor to be checked out.

It is unusual.: If there was believed to be artifact due to the heart's motion, the physician interpreting the test would indicate that in the official report.

Talk to cardiologist: This reads like it is likely a normal report that you should review with your doctor. Doctors who read a study often do not have the context of the study or patient when they have to read it. In this case, the cardiologist is saying that the study shows an abnormality that is normal in most people. If you had some unique medical history or were in the ICU, then their interpretation may not apply.

: You are correct.  The knee joint's range.of motion would be limited by virtue of those injuries. The muscles would still be healthy. but their motions at the knee joint limited because of internal joint dysfunction. Is an orthopedic specialist involved and outlining physical therapy programs for you?

Dilated aorta: The formula predicts an ascending aorta size of ~41mm for someone 60-65, which is above the upper limit of "normal", 22-36mm. The ascending aorta enlarges with age, especially if there is hypertension, so 41mm is dilated. Anything above 45 mm is considered an aneurysm. The risk of rupture increases rapidly with size; aneurysms &gt;60 mm have a 5-yr rupture risk of 31%  (vs 16% if less than 60mm)

i've been taking ritalin on and off as needed for studies etc. working now, the side effects and immune system drops become too harsh. any alternatives which will limit the side effects?

Caffeine: You can do what most adults to maintain focus and use caffeine. At least in the US it is available in capsule form under the name No doze, but strong coffee works for most. With any such brain stimulant you will have some issues. with caffeine you pee more but seldom have supply issues.
