First thing...: The first recommended approach is to test your partner (sperm test)since it takes more tests to find the problem in the female. Problems with your thyroid, prolactin, endometriosis, ovarian or ovarian tube scars or structural problems, progesterone imbalances,for example need to be checked for. Miscarriages do not cause infertility but what is not allowing you to conceive might be causing them.

Others  paps  smears  are ascus ( atypical ) and  may  or  may  not have hpv present.  A very  recent miscarriage with  bleeding  or  inflammation present may result in an atypical  pap at times. If  no hpv is present  the  pap can be repeated.

Ectopic s are treated with medication  or  surgery as the  fetus  cannot survive.  Tubal ectopics  may  be associated  with previous  tubal  damage from infection or endometriosis.
