No: I'm sorry for your loss but your miscarriage won't cause a hormonal imbalance although a hormonal imbalance may cause a miscarriage. That's why it's always best to check in w/your family doc for preconception counseling and to start prenatal vitamins even before you start trying (again). Good luck!

Hormone imbalance: A miscarriage can definitely cause hormone imbalance. It can also be very traumatizing. How far along were you when you miscarried? If you feel sad or imbalanced for more than six months you need to see a psychologist to help you through your loss.

Misch causing imbal: Yes it can, as the early pregnancy started a hormone change that was interrupted, but may take considerable time to readjust to normal hormonal balance.
