NO: The mother blood type (RH negative) and fetus (RH positive) dose not cause miscarriage.

Many ways: If this is first pregnancy for Mom, less likely to cause miscarriage from Rh issue. If second or more pregnancies, increases possibility of hydrops fetalis from Rh negative Mom and Rh positive baby. Best way to follow is with serial ultrasounds to judge level of anemia and need for fetal transfusion or early delivey. Good luck.
