Gastritis: PPI should help gastritis and gerd but sometimes the dose has to be increased. I would also follow a bland,low fat diet,avoid caffeine,nicotine and alcohol as well. If symptoms persist or worsen, a gastroenterologist is best qualified to evaluate,treat, and advise you.

Ok: The best way to know for sure is have an endoscopy. Stomach cancer it's very rare  age 35 in a non-smoker non-Alcoholic especially with no family history of stomach cancer

That sounds fine.: Milk should have no deleterious effect on gastritis nor ulcer.  Citrus drinks, like orange juice, would cause some irritation.

Define gastritis: Gastritis is an inflammation of the mucosa of the stomach, of which there are MANY causes (please refer to prior HealthTap answers on the subject). The timing &amp; duration of the condition may differentiate between acute gastritis &amp; chronic gastritis. What you are describing is a histologic term based on the microscopic appearance of your biopsy taken from the lining at the end of your stomach.

hi i would like to know if there is a permanent cure for mild chronic inactive gastritis in the antrum of my stomach. would this heal completely?

Permanent cure?: Having a condition well-managed or resolved would be more realistic. In the case of "mild chronic inactive gastritis" you do not have active irritation of the stomach lining, but only signs that you did have mild chronic gastritis. The stomach lining should continue to heal unless you have H.pylori (likely checked with gastric biopsy), but this can be treated if found. Acid blockers  also help.

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the information you provided does not suggest any serious issue and certainly no cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: "Gastritis" indicates some inflammation of the lining of the stomach.  Sometimes a bacteria called helicobacter pylori can be present and be associated with gastritis, ulcer's, or even cancer, (but they did not find this).  The part related to "negative for metaplasia, dysplasia and malignancy" means that they did not find evidence of cancer, or cell changes that could be pre-cancerous. Good luck!
