Not sure: Cystoscopy generally looks at the Bladder, to see if normal and/or any polyps.  By "full" right kidney....it may be referring to a dilated ureter to that kidney,.... however, with this wording I'm uncertain as to if they saw a larger than average kidney.  As they say a picture is worth 1000 words.  I would see if I could get the full report.

Consult: abnormal ultrasound findings are something that you should discuss with your doctor in person. In general the finding of a single anomaly can still be normal, but warrants a more complex discussion with your doctor that includes any serum genetic testing. This is not the end of the world nor anything gravely concerning, but warrant further discussion. best of luck.

i have been diagnosed with mild calyceal dilation in right kidney suggesting hydronephosis, a 4mm calculus at ureter bladder junction. is this serious?

Probably not: A Stone in the ureter can cause back pressure in the kidney which results in dilation of the collecting system. The kidney can tolerate this for relatively short periods of time however if this continues it can damage the kidney. I would suggest you consult a urologist.

Fetal Kidneys: Would not be worried with mild dilation of fetal kidneys.  This is not an uncommon findings, and usually is not significant.  However, your doctor may repeat the ultrasound just to be sure.  As long as your growth is fine and amniotic fluid is normal, it's not likely anything to be worried about.

Likely nothing: The calyces of the kidney fill with urine and drain down the ureter into the bladder. Sometimes they are filled with urine and sometimes they are empty. CT scans and ultrasounds see the kidney in one moment in time. Your calyces were most likely normally filled with urine.

See urologist: Your calculi seem not large enough for lithotripsy. These may pass on their own. The passage may be facilitated by placing a stent. It would be prudent to consult a urologist for proper treatment. Left untreated, even stones, this small, can damage the kidney.
Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Needs to  evaluate: It is not uncommon to find a condition called vesico ureteral reflux or a narrowing of the drainage portion of the kidney as it meets the ureter or so called upj stenosis.
Both of these would require a pediatric urology opinion.
In the great majority of cases medical treatment and observation over time is all that is required.

Any fluid helps: When trying to pass a kidney stone, drinking extra fluids of any kind increases urine production, resulting in an increased pressure head down the ureter tube to the stone, and dilates the ureter somewhat. All of this facilitates passage of the stone, assuming it is of passable size. Addition of the prescription drug Flomax relaxes the ureter tube and adds to the benefit of extra fluids.
