Probably the same: I'm guessing that the sexual appetite would be pretty much the same. Some women say that orgasm feels differently after a hysterectomy. I think it is very fair to expect an adjustment period, partly due to the surgical recovery. But i think it's likely you will feel well in all parameters - particularly if your uterus has been causing you symptoms of distress.

"full" hysterectomy?: Does a "full" hysterectomy include bilateral ovarian removal or not?  If the ovaries were left in place 15 years ago, then this is the life phase at age 47 when menopause symptoms normally  occur.

Right away: Removal of both ovaries means a woman can no longer make cyclic hormones and she will go into immediate menopause.  If she was making hormones before the surgery (premenopausal), she is likely to develop significant hot flashes, night sweats, and sleep changes within a week.  This can be avoided with the use of post-operative estrogen.

Orgasm, yes: clitoral, and vaginal if able before. The uterus contributes to orgasmic sensations, but if you have pain and bleeding, the postop orgasm may better. Ovaries keep making hormones, if they are healthy, keeping them is reasonable.

Menopause: True menopause occurs on average at age 54. If your hysterectomy did not include removal of both ovaries, you will have symptoms of menopause ("hot flashes", irritability, etc.) long before age 54. Depression can be a result of ovarian failure and your anorexia can be increased therefrom.  Treatment for anorexia is generally psychologic therapy, but further weight loss should be avoided.
